Where the Figures Come From
Tour prices, ratings, review counts, group sizes, stops and inclusions come from the listing on the platform that sells each tour, GetYourGuide or Viator. Venues are named only when the MICHELIN Guide lists them or the venue publishes its own details, and the card prints that source with its year. Dish prices in dong come from published price guides and are given as ranges, because a bowl on a tourist street can cost almost twice the bowl two streets away.
Where two sources disagree, the page gives both or leaves the figure out.
What You Will Not Find
No invented food writer stands behind these pages, and the site has no office, stall or phone line in Hanoi. Reviews shown are short excerpts from four and five star platform reviews. A recurring problem, such as a Train Street stop that a tour cannot guarantee, is written into the comparison with the advice that goes with it.

How the Site Is Paid For
